Final step is the full Resilience Assessment. This is a series of 20 questions which assess 4 functional domains of resilience and mental wellbeing and allows you to identify your resilience type. We recommend  re-taking the Assessment every 3 - 6 months to see what has changed.

I feel sharp and clear headed
I experience physical sensations such as racing heartbeat, chest tightness, sweaty palms / armpits or tension in my body when I’m not exercising
I experience anxiety, nervousness, feeling mentally 'wound up' and/or a feeling of stress 'overwhelm'
I have trouble falling asleep
I find it hard to mentally relax and/or shut off constant thoughts
I feel calm and at peace in my body and mind

And the final step is selecting your reference value date, default is today. We will use your default scores from this date (today) to compare your progress over the coming weeks and months.
