With her patients over 10 years, Dr Dani identified 4 key resilience signatures which accurately resilience potential and a composite value called the Resilience Score or R Score.  By identifying your unique resilience signatures you can create a personalised wellbeing plan based on what you need most.

Your R Score allows you to accurately track your response to specific wellbeing interventions such as cannabis strains or different mindbody techniques.  Often changes from new wellbeing habits take weeks and months to occur and only shows up in 1 resilience area.

Resilience Conditions

Dr Dani developed the RM approach over years treating patients with chronic complex conditions such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and cognitive impairment. Medical cannabis had almost universally a significant impact on their quality of life: they experienced less pain, reduced stress, more joy, better mood, and higher quality sleep. And for the first time for many they could exercise, lose weight, meditate and engage with therapy techniques such as CBT techniques.
