Goal Setting

Goal setting involves identifying goals and milestones for each area of your life including work, relationships, family, and passion projects so you can see where you want to go, get clarity and stay motivated and avoid getting confused, overwhelmed, or distracted.

Writing down 1 goal per life area once every season is a good way to start, making sure the goals fulfill the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) criteria.
