Week 3 Intro
You are halfway there! Well done so far. If you feel like you are still getting the hang of last week's practice don't worry, we will come back to it in week 4. It takes time to get good at them so whatever your experience was it's all normal!
This week we learn the final technique called PMR, which reduces muscle tension and ‘body noise’ as well as relaxing the mind.
