Resilience Reset- written instructions
Choose the practice you will use for your resilience resets.
Next, Set your alarm for 3 times during the day to remind you to stop and do your practice. Some suggested times are:
• Before breakfast
• At lunch
• Mid or late afternoon
• After dinner
When the alarm or alert goes off, stop what you are doing and sit (or lie) in a comfortable position with your eyes gently closed. Do your chosen practice for one minute.
